Aquatic Ecosystems

This is a transversal division, which is particularly interested in the knowledge of marine and continental aquatic ecosystems, notably through the study of environment-resource interactions for an integrated and sustainable management of these changing aquatic environments, which are poorly understood and subject to strong exploitation or degradation pressures. The Aquatic Ecosystems Division has five (05) research teams.
