Evaluation of the demersal resources of the Algerian coast

The ALDEM 2023 Demersal Campaign was officially launched on Sunday, July 16, by the Minister of Fisheries and Fisheries Production Mr. M.Ahmed Badani accompanied by Mr. Yassin Marabi Minister of Vocational Training and Education as well as the Secretary General representative of the Minister of Scientific Education and Scientific Research during their visit aboard the research vessel Belkacem Grine, this campaign is part of the centre's research program on the evaluation of demersal, pelagic and environmental resources. To date, and since the acquisition of the research vessel in 2011, 32 cruises at sea have been carried out.
